Signup for tryouts will open in July. We will post an announcement on BAND (see flyer for information about joining BAND). At that time, you will sign up via EduTrak Connect. 

You must also have a sports physical form on file with either the high school or your middle school (as long as you are currently in District 196). 

• If your child has had a physical in the last year, their doctor will usually be able to complete the form based on that visit. Contact your doctor's office to request a sports physical form. 

• These forms must be updated with the school every three years.

• For more information on sports physical requirements, contact the nurse at your child’s school.

• Twin Cities Orthopedics is offering FREE high school sports physicals this summer at various locations.  If your athlete is does not have a sports physical on file with the district, this is a great option!
